Project Overview

Judy Jobin is a Real Estate Agent for Weichert Realtors in Flower Mound, TX. She has listings all over the state of Texas and engaged Make Waves in order to improve the quality of her listing photos and increase her leads for her current listings. Specifically, we would be running a campaign for a $600,000, 5 Bed 5 Bath home in North Dallas.

Project Deployment Process

Initially, we began with a brief discovery session in order to gain as much information about her clients, listings, and process of selling these homes. We then began to plan the campaign and re-shoot the listing. Once the re-shoot and campaign development had been completed, we loaded the new content onto the site and into the campaign. After a final review session, we launched the campaign.

Project Outcome

The campaign ran for only 10 days, in that time it had created 48 real-time leads, increased the listing views by 250%, created 5 new clients and the home sold within the month.
